OVEN & GRILL CLEANER 1 Gallon Commercial Kitchen Cleaner is designed to clean and degrease commercial kitchen ovens and grill tops. This product will remove carbon stain, grease, oil, tar, and burnt deposits from most kitchen surfaces. This product has been found to be very effective in removing stains in Chinese restaurants. It is the most effective in hot water and rinses free at any temperature. CONTAINS BOTH SODIUM AND POTASSIUM HYDROXIDES.
DO NOT USE on any aluminum surfaces. 1 conc. makes 2 RTU of any size.
