1″ Poly Bulkhead Fitting

The 1″ Poly Bulkhead Fitting creates a watertight seal through a plastic container. Bulkhead fittings are used in pressure washer plumbing of bypass return lines, soft wash pick up tubes, and rinse valves. The 1″ Poly Bulkhead Fitting is specially designed to allow the free flow of liquids in the tank, drum drainage, and other plumbing connections. They are also used as distribution outlets in a piping system.

Bulkhead fittings are installed by cutting a hole in the tank wall with a standard wood hole saw and inserting the fitting. The locknut is twisted to tighten and secure the fitting. This connection is sealed to prevent the liquid from leaking.
